Dune Development Group is a Miami-based residential development and design-build firm founded by Erin and Gus Eleftherio. We create one of one homes through a hands on approach that brings development, construction and interiors together under one vision.
Erin brings an engineer's precision and a designer's eye to the firm, overseeing much of Dune's design, interiors and project execution. Her technical background informs an approach where aesthetics and construction are considered together from the beginning, allowing architectural details, materials and custom elements to become an integral part of the home rather than an afterthought.
Gus leads Dune's development and construction operations and is a Florida-licensed Certified Building Contractor and real estate sales professional. His background spans residential development, construction and institutional real estate, giving Dune an owner-builder perspective on every project from acquisition and feasibility through permitting, construction and eventual sale.
Working together allows the firm to remain intentionally hands-on. Design decisions are made with construction in mind. Construction decisions are made with the finished home in mind. Every project is approached from the perspective of an owner.
